Balanced Stay Experience
new team clean rooms updated showers high price worn interior unclean bathroom
The new team seemed dedicated. The rooms were adequately cleaned. The showers also looked like they had been updated recently.
The price felt high for what I got despite being in London. The interior was worn. I found that the bathroom did not feel clean. I chose not to shower.

unexpectedly good!
spacious room clean space comfy beds
the room was indeed spacious and very clean, a detail i greatly appreciated. for a hotel of its class, it presented excellent value. the beds were comfy, which contributed significantly to a restful experience.
i noticed the flat screen tv looked somewhat dated and did not support streaming services, contrary to what was advertised.

The hotel is conveniently located near harringay station. It provided direct access to london king's cross. the sheesha lounge added a unique touch. It provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring.

The bathroom had a good shower, a feature i certainly appreciated. the room was clean and well-organized. It created a cute environment. the room size was great. It allowed for comfortable movement and relaxation.

overground station turkish restaurants shisha place
The overground station sits right across from the hotel. It gives quick access to Oxford Circus. I found several Turkish restaurants nearby and they made dining very convenient. A shisha place with grilled food operates in the basement. It adds a nice amenity.
The hotel shows its age.

adequate stay near harringay station
hot water comfortable beds unclean shower pavement parking
i found the staff very friendly. they were tentative and i felt safe. the beds were comfortable and the water was hot, which i appreciated.
the shower wasn't clean though the tiling looked new. i also found there wasn't an actual car park. it was more on the side of the pavement.

helpful staff tea facilities
the staff were helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i appreciated the inclusion of a hairdryer in the standard single room i booked. the location is very convenient to public transportation options. also the provided tea and coffee facilities in the room were useful.
the decor appears somewhat dated in certain areas of the hotel.

unpleasant smell inadequate ventilation
the smell in my room was not good it was overpowering i found it hard to ignore the odor. a bathroom window did not close properly i think ventilation was not adequate. also the tea in the room tasted old it even had a musty smell it was undrinkable.

The hotel's location is very useful. It is right across from the station. The station has a direct line. It goes straight to Oxford Circus in just 12 minutes. Many restaurants are nearby. Staff helped carry my luggage upstairs. Housekeepers were available for tea and coffee.
I find only three parking spaces with the need to pre-book.
